Help no full screen

hi guys: on some streaming sites when i click full screen i get a small screen and the rest of the screen white,this is in win 10 google chrome.
it was ok a couples days ago.see Pic

Thanks DMGrier; i did not try on other browsers cause i don't know how to use the adblock and block element,and i don't want to go in this sites without the adblock running.
but i think you're right cause i don't have this issue in my other machines HP dv6/Dv5 running win 10 tp also in Chrome.
Also don't get this in Espn3,Premiumsports,NGSN,Utube.fubo.tv

Well i fix the issue,by refreshing OPS and reinstalling drivers and now all normal,

Well i don't like to loose much time troubleshooting ,since i don't have important documents,and files,my important documents are my favorite streaming sites,and for that i have Sync in google chrome that works for me upon install.
