Help OC my Computer

Good evening everyone, hi im new in the forum and this is my first post.... during the last days i have been reading and searching on how to OC my computer but before going ahead i would like a piece of advice from an experienced OCer... this is mi pc:

intel motherboard D915GAG
intel pentium 4 3.2 Ghz
Mark Vision 2.5 Ram
Msi Radeon x1550
Anlix Power Supply 450W

I did the first time according to the instructions, and thus you suggest from my own experience. certainly delighted to have the processor but can not cycle up so many times 2 or 3 times
