whats the difference between the 790FX and the 790X mobos?i see that the 790X has sata 6 and usb 3.0,is this mobo newer and is better?

790FX is the higher end of the two. AMD says triple and quad graphics support. Sorry I don't know enough about to give critical differences.

The 790FX is 16X/16X in crossfire. The 790X is 8X/8X in crossfire. As far as SATA and USB it can vary between boards
