help on creating a website

Hey, so I'm a newbie at this

I want to create a youtube-like website (I know its not easy) but I was wondering what are ALL of the physical hardware/software do I need to get it going.

do I need/should I have a seperate computer just for this?

I know I need servers to avoid going over bandwith limit (I know it can be very expensive once you go over) and from crashing.

but what else do I need? can you give me an ideal setup.

also what do I need to know to not get charged for additional fees from my service provider.

also, what software do I need besides dreamweaver?

any recommendations on all hardware,software and books/vids to learn from?

What experiance do you have in creating websites ?

Maybe you should try something slightly different I used to make my own flash games websites because my college blocked all of the good ones. They are real easy, free and you dont have to know much about web design I dont see why you couldent have a few videos as well (Youtube didnt exist when I was at school).
