Help on deciding a cooler.

I was wondering if you guys could help me with a little task of finding a cooler that would be good for me.

What I want to do is overclock a i5 from 3.3 to atleast 4.0 and don't know much about aftermarket coolers. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not familiar with the N520 but I still would go with the 212 EVO. Bigger fan on it, plus you can add another 120mm fan to the back so it pulls air from the heatsink out the back of your computer. But if you're tight on space, the N520 would be a good choice too.

The case I have is the CM HAF 932 Advanced case, which is a full tower case, so space really isn't a issue with it.
 
Yeah, that is plenty of room for a 212 EVO, so I would go with that. I would think about getting some different thermal paste, like some arctic silver 5. The stuff that comes with it isn't that great.
