no. all website is not working, and that Forbidden is always appearing. as in All. My God, I don't know what's the matter

can you ping google? (as in load cmd prompt and type "ping www.google.com")
are you sure you are connected to the web? how do you connect normally?

ah so mozilla works...you should have said that first !

check proxy settings
open IE
click tools -> internet options -> click connections tab -> click lan setting
ensure that the "use proxy server...." is NOT ticked
press ok and ok again

can i just ask, what was in the text box below the "use proxy settings" because
a lot of spyware plays with ie proxy settings
