Do you guys have any better recommendation with my build? it totals with $720. If you have any bad experience with any of the parts, than feel free to give me some advice. Also if something is not compatible with other parts, help me out please.

you could get a intel core 2 duo instead... if you had $200 extra cash you could get a new 8800GTX on ebay... overall nice though. mobo's alittle cheap... check the warranties and reeturns on those parts =) nice solid system..

I don't think you need such a powerful power supply. Maybe get a 600W or so and use the saved money to bump the motherboard up a bit?

first of all, I am not so sure the 7600GS would be that good even if its 512mb, someone may correct me, but I believe the 7600GT would be better for a little cheaper even if it has 256mb.

Then, you seem to be lacking a computer case, unless you already have one, but you are spending way too much money on PSU that will use way too much power for your needs with such a build. I'd suggest getting an Antec Sonata II case which includes a PSU that is decent enough quality to power such a system and for 99.99 you are saving some money and I don't think you need a fan.

With that you'd be saving something like 90$ which you could use on a more powerful processor or mobo.

But in the end it would be useful for us to know how you plan on using this computer because then it would be easier to make appropriate suggestions.

Thanks for your advice!
With the psu, hmmm. I was thinking about upgrading the computer later. So I thought I might need a good psu for later use. If 600W is enough for the future upgrades, then I will be happy to get something cheaper.

Motherboard... I didn't know which one to get. if this mobo is not good, could you guys recommend a good one for amd?

video card.. Well, I am not a computer geek, so I just thought big ram=better performance. Well, if that is not true, I will be happy to change my decision.

yes, a more powerful processor and mobo will boost the performance, i agress with kilauea the 7600GS is great... im using it rite now =) . 7600gt is allright, but sometimes the graphics slow down on my games

ok. I changed some stuff here. Oh. And I have a case so don't worry about that.

Changed few things. would 560w enough for everything?

I might have been misunderstood or maybe wrong even, but changing from a 7600GS from EVGA to a Biostar isn't changing much and as far as I'm concerned EVGA is a good brand. But for the other components the mobo and the PSU, its already much better.

oh. reason why I am going with 512mb is that I have a analog lcd screen. I checked that most of 7600GT 256mb does not have a analog input. So I would go with 7600GS 512mb. I would go with radeon if it is also recommended.

The video card will include DVI-VGA adapters so you can use your analog monitor with the 7600GT. The 7600GT is indeed the better performing card. Your PSU is still overkill for that system. An XClio Goodpower 500W or even XClio 450BL would be more than sufficient for your system. If you wanted to reinvest the savings, you could use it to upgrade the video card to a 7900GS.

updated my computer...

From your advices, I changed my cart. Would 500W be enough for my system?

The man knows what he speaks. The Power supply was the one he recommended to me a while ago. Now, its powering my 640MB 8800GTS flawlessly!!! Thanks dude!

I would get a dual DVI output card and then use adapters, because you can only go DVI to VGA, I have never seen the other way around.

it will come with 1 DVI to VGA adapter. No worries. You can still use your monitor. No need to be alarmed :)
