Help on which CPU to choose

Im building a new PC and i came across 2 processors i like but dunno which one is better. Im choosing between the AMD Opteron 146 and AMD Athlon64 3200. Theres a huge price difference, which one do you guys think i should get??
 
well, im mainly going to be doing some 3d animation/rendering with 3dmax and Maya, and i would be using it to paly games aswell. IS there really that big of a difference between the two??

This is not really a fair comparison, the 146 is significantly better, and costlier too. It's a matter of your budget. There are other cpus between
