Help Picking Memory!

I'm building a computer and I need advice on which memory should I get.

This is the CPU and Mobo that I picked:
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor

GIGABYTE GA-MA790FXT-UD5P AM3 DDR3 AMD 790FX ATX AMD Motherboard

Some Memory I looked at:

mushkin 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model 996601

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ

You should defiantly go for the G.Skill. They're really good and you won't be disappointed.

I read more review for the G.Skill one. I guess I could go with it since most of the bad review doesn't know what they are talking about, and it is cheaper too.

But the mushkin seems like it'll be better at overclocking?

Sorta of a trade off. The Mushkin has lower timing but higher voltage. The G Skill has higher timing but lower voltage. In real life at the same voltage both are probably pretty equal.
