Help picking out card

I only have ~90 bucks to spend, and here's the ones I was looking at

SAPPHIRE ATLANTIS RADEON 9600XT100575L-BK Radeon 9600XT 256MB 128-bit DDR AGP 4X/8X Video Card - Retail - $93.50

Which one's the best out of those? Also I don't mind if you mention other cards ~$90 , I need it to be 4x/8x AGP, it's going with the system in my sig, thanks
