Help Please ASAP

Ok I so I was in My computer->local disc C-> Program files and I double clicked on a folder that I found strange and I wanted to delete it. But before I deleted it, there was a .exe so I double clicked on the .exe and then AVG says it has detected trojan.downloader.keenval.k then it asks me what to do so what I did was heal object. Then as soon as I did that, I get another one called trojan.downloader.keenval.S And I did the same process which is heal object. Now I am scanning with Ad-Aware Se Personal and it found something and I hope it removed it. I also scanned with Spybot Search and Destroy and it found something. I selected it and clicked "Fix selected object". Can someone tell me if these programs really removed it. Also if they didn't, how to remove it because I don't like having all this stuff on my computer. So far, there has been no problems and everything is the same. I also deleted the folder this stuff was in. Hopefully this also made it go away. But I would really like is if someone tells me all this stuff is gone and if it isn't, how to make it go away.
 
Would it help if I post a "Hijact this" log? If it will please reply back because I will post it. The only thing is, I would like to know if this thing is gone. Please anyone?
