Help Please, computer problem

Hey
my computer has started to give me random blue screen errors which forces me to restart the computer. i've had my dell dimension 5150 for about 6 months now and this is the first time i've seen it happen but its becoming more frequent, i.e. twice/thrice a week.

i just wanted to know why this is happening.

my mcafee security centre trial which came with my dell has long since run out and when it finished, i started to get these red dots in the corner with x's in. my mcafee also started to detect a trojan.
i deleted all the files, took these files of the windows start up but they still appeared. i also ran adaware as i suspected it to be spyware, however it still came up over and over again every time i started up the computer.

does anyone know whats how to get rid of those things, and why my computer keeps blue screening?

Download HJTsetup.exe from this link http://www.thespykiller.co.uk/files/HJTsetup.exe to your desktop.
Doubleclick on the HJTsetup.exe icon on your desktop.
By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Hijack This.Please install it there.
Continue to click "next" in the setup dialogue boxes until you get to the "Select Addition Tasks" dialogue.
Put a check by "Create a desktop icon" then click "Next" again.
Continue to follow the rest of the prompts from there.
At the final dialogue box click "Finish" and it will launch Hijack This.
Click on the "Do a system scan and save a logfile" button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log and post it in this thread.

Download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri) http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip to your Desktop.
Extract all the files to your Destop. A folder named SmitfraudFix will be created on your Desktop.


Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press Enter
This program will scan large amounts of files on your computer for known patterns so please be patient while it works. When it is done, the results of the scan will be displayed and it will create a log named rapport.txt in the root of your drive, eg: Local Disk C: or partition where your operating system is installed. Post this log also.
 
when using the two programs how can you tell what you need and dont need?? Hijackthis and smitfraudfix how can you tell??
