Help Please! Cut and paste doesn't work on new editing software

Hi there, I am new to the forum and I need help. I have recently installed software on my windows XP home edition computer. It is called Listing Factory 2008. It is editing software for creating ebay auction templates. I cannot cut copy or paste inside the program. I have tried installing it on two other computers and it works fine. I tried customer support from the program manufacturer, but they said it has to be my computer settings but they weren't sure what it was. I can cut and paste from every other program on this computer just not Listing Factory 2008. I have tried reinstalling still nothing. Is there a setting within XP that I need to change. Thanks!!

Well if you ask me, computers have a mind of their own.
I do not know of a setting that will change your problem, thats located on XP.
However, I would try CNTRL C AND CNTRL V.
Tell me how that works, and then maybe we can go from there.
