So here's the situation...been to every nation, no body makes me feel...

So yeah, about a month ago there was a power outage and my motherboard got fryed. So after replacing the motherboard, i had to replace the CPU, and my memory, but i didnt have the money to make my computer strong, but i thought it wont be any weaker, since its 5 years old, but yeah, now it wont run Call of Duty 4, or League of Legends, which it should. The Can you Run it site tells me it should run perfectly, but i get lags (not due to connection) even at the lowest settings and lowest resolution.

So heres info about my computer

And my graphic card is Nvidia GeForce 9600 GT

What I would suggest is that you make sure all the drivers are correct.
Did you reinstall your OS after switching motherboard?
Make sure you have the newest GPU drivers as well.
Your system won't run the game on max settings, but it will definitely run it on low settings.

Yes i did, i had to install new windows, otherwise the computer wouldn't start.
And all my drivers are up to date, so that's what confuses me.
