Help!!
I am inserting an already burned DVD into the e: drive of my computer, which is shown as
DVD/CD-RW Drive (E:)
and I am trying to immediately burn the contents onto a blank DVD in the F Drive, which is shown as DVD RW Drive (F:)

I have Windows Media Player and Windows DVD Maker on my computer. When I pull up Windows Media Player, it will play the already burned DVD in the E drive but when I click on burn, it says "Drag items to create a burn list". However, it will not let me drag the movie menu items. So I tried Windows DVD Maker. It will let me "Add Items" (meaning the contents of my E: drive) and then I put the title in and click "Burn". It brings up an "Encoding menu" but does not get far before it just stops...without any error message or anything.
I have downloaded a movie from the internet and was able to use Windows DVD Maker to burn it on a DVD...but I cannot figure out how to burn from my E drive to my F Drive.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I am new at this but I know the program works because I have burned a movie before.

welcome to the forums Rekrodjunkie.
I highly suggest you read the RULES ;)
I would very much like to help but since the source movie is from the net that is by all means illegal and oh....not everything will work everyday in the life as you expect them, please use another program to burn your stuff

cheers

My bad. If you read correctly, I am not doing a movie from the net. My question was one from a DVD I have at my house. I guess maybe you got confused. Since you don't want to help, why respond to the post? And, I found another program called Nero anyway to help burn from a DVD to a DVD. I know not everything will work in life as you expect them, that's why you ask other people and investigate. HELLO! That's the reason why I joined this forum.

Ya use nero, simple as that.

With nero go on dvd and then look for the copy dvd feature.

But if this is a legite movie your gonna need to use dvd shrink to remove the copy control and all that "scary" FBI warning and all that stuff.

Or you can actually also use dvd shrink but you need to have Nero anyways for that, you go to dvd shrink and remove wtv menus or wtv tha movie has uif you don't want em and then click backup and your gonna have the option to back it up to your hd or wtv dvd drives youve got so just chose F.

Well I just realized that what I just told you is probbaly against forum rules though.
