right guys iv recently had a computer built for me <spec below> and everything was going ok but the screen has some serious flickering happening , ive instaled the latest drivers for the screen <sony SDM-S51> but no joy , ive instaled the latest drivers for my graphics card <radeon 2400 HD> but still no joy .
one thing i have noticed is the screen refresh rate will not go higher than 60 hertz do you think the screen is too old for the computer or is the graphics card knackered

right guys iv just been searching through device manager and what ive found out is a lot of stuff seems to have no drivers installed but if i try to update driver it says i have the best driver installed ???

here is a list of a few that have no driver installed , iv also installed a piece of software called radarsync which checks your computer for out of date drivers and it says im up to date ???

Download PC Wizard and install it

Go to file, save as and clidck ok. Then copy the text out of that file into this thread.

This will give us the motherboard name so that i can direct you to you motherboard chipset drivers, which i think are missing.

Download and install those if you know how, or post your PC Wizard report.

hi just installed it and the first thing it brought up was
found new hardware windows needs to install driver for NVRAID class device setup ?

i tried installing the driver for the device in last post but it said there was a problem installing it

since then i restarted the computer to see if it recognized it again and it brought up windows needs to install drivers for unknown device
so i clicked install and it says unkown device ready to use but why is it unknown is this the same device the first time it asked me to install driver for nvraid device ???

anyway i restarted the computer again after it said it was ready to use and its asked me again to install software for unknown device
help please its driving me nuts !!!!!!!

what happens when you run the software again with your antivirus software disabled? what info does device manager tell you about the missing hardware drivers?
 
i went into device manager and uninstalled 2 devices with a yellow caution sign and restarted the computer thinking it would pick them up and i would install from the file you told me to down load but nothing come up no new hardware or anything ?

still when i click on some stuff in device manager there is no device drivers installed ?

pci standard ram controler being one of them could this be down to my memory issue ?

right done that and its recognized new hardware like before NVRAID class device setup but when i tryed installing the driver through windows last time it said there was a problem and didnt install what shall i do

on the driver installation tab it says
nvidia nforce raid device failed
nvraid class device setup waiting for user input
