Agree-- Overheating

I agree it is overheating. Do a google search for your brand and model of laptop on how to disassemble it. You should be able to find explicit instructions with pictures on how to take your laptop apart so you can get to the fan and heat sinks to clean them out.

BUT BEWARE! There are some very small screws and wires. If you aren't mechanically competant, have somebody do it who is!

go to google and search for speedfan

the first result, clocik ,download, install. It lets you see temperatures and ajust fan speeds. If the temps say you are overheating you can get a fan tray, you basically plug it into a usb slot, put it under your laptop and it blows air onto it.

Also, if it isn;t under warrenty, take the keyboard off (or back if it has that entry) and clean it out, any dust/gunk in there will heat it up alot and reduce air flow
