Hi, i am new to Computer Forum.

I just wanted some help regarding a Laptop connected to a external monitor.

I start my laptop with the monitor my monitor has a problem it doesn't show the blue light which indicates whether it is on or not the blue light just doesn't appear but it comes on.. So when i start my laptop everything is fine on the laptop BUT on the external monitor when i start that it says, "No Signal Input" and goes off then i put it on again rebooting the laptop same thing comes.

Please help me.

Connect the monitor to a different computer to see if it boots up. Most likely you have a bad monitor.

Either that, or he needs to use the FN key + whichever F key toggles between LCD>external>both monitors.
