HELP!!! please

So im building a new computer and i have just finished it. I plug it in and turn it on and everything seems to be running smoothly then there is a beep about 4 times then the monitor says input not detected. The computer still all keeps running but theres nothing on the screen, please help! My specs are : amd phenom 1090t. Asrock 970 extreme4 mobo. 8gb gskill ripjaws. 2gb ati radeon 2gb iceq.
 
Remove and replace the memory and see what that does. Try only using one stick of memory.
 
Thanks for the reply, i tried what you said but still no luck! If it helps i noticed that the led display on the mobo says d6 when it beeps and then stays like that
 
Do you have the 6 pin pci express power connector or connectors attached to the video card?
 
According to asrock that means there is an issue with the video card. Do you have another card to try? What about removing and reinserting the video card?
 
Yay!!!! I took out the gpu and put it back in for the 3rd time and it works!!! Installing windows now :D. Thanks for the suggestions :)
