You should be pulling acceptable frame rates on most games, albeit on average quality, I wouldn't set any settings higher than "normal" if I was you.

No, these parts aren't really that good.

The motherboard you're getting isn't the best. If you wanted to put your graphics card in 2-way crossfire, you would have to buy a new motherboard, so it's not really that good if you want to upgrade in the future.
I don't understand why you're only getting 2GB of ram. You should be getting at least 4GB if you're going to be gaming on it.
The graphics card is mid-range. It won't be able to play all the top games at the highest graphics. I don't play battlefield 3 that much, but if you're lucky, you could probably play Battlefield 3 at low settings.
The processor is quite bad for gaming. I would go for an Intel CPU; they're more expensive, but much better. If you can afford it, you should go for the i5-2500k. It's probably one of the best CPU's for gaming. But, if you can't afford it, you should go for something like the i3 - 2120. Before you say something about me suggesting and i3 instead of an i5 or i7, let me just tell you that they're basically the same. The only thing that i7's offer that are better than i5's is hyper threading and they enable a few extra features.
Also, if you go for an Intel CPU, you're going to have to change the motherboard as it's not got the correct socket type.

i have a budget around 400$ and this configuration is exactly 400$ i can always buy more ram but this motherboard already has a integrated graphics card(i heard its bad) so i decide for amd but if i change it like you said i must change motherboard too
