Where does it stop the boot? (e.g. after the POST, before/while loading Win, etc.) Does iit get to the windows loading screen? Does it pass the POST? What OS is it? Can you get into the BIOS? Can you load Windows off of DOS?
Problems
It stops right after Compaq. It stops while loading windows. I can get to the point of safe mode and etc. I tried all of them but it gives me the same message. I am running Windows XP Professional. I have a Compaq Evon1020v. I tried to do the quick restore from DOS. That didn't work either.
