Help please

I am sorry if this is the wrong topic to post this in but i just need a little help.I just scanned something onto my computer that is private. I am on a computer that other people use and I don't want people coming across this file ever because they might open it. What I scanned, I emailed it to myself, then deleted the scanned file. I also deleted to recent document. Is there anything else I have to worry about? Is there any where a "recent scanned" that I have to worry about. Thank you for your help!
 
you'll be fine unless someone specifically goes looking for that particular file, and even then they'd have to go way out of their way. just make sure the scanner application doesn't show a preview of your material,
