I'm having a problem with my google tool bar, it's not letting through things it should and I'm still getting annoying advertisements

I don't think the problem's with google toolbar. You probably have some malware. Run HijackThis and a post a log here.

Download Ad-Aware se at www.lavasoftusa.com and that should get rid of all your loaders, malwares ect... should fix problem..

goto start - > settings - > controlpanel - > ad remove programs - > Unistall any pop up blocker
