How do you delete the entire c drive and reformat it? It would be greatly appreciated if someone could assist me with this issue.

If your using Windows XP, just boot your computer with the XP disk in and follow the on-screen instructions.

The thing is it won't let me delete the c when installing it and when I tried to install of the existing c it says that it is dangerous running two operating systems on the same partition...sorry but I'm computer illiterate

When you boot off of the Windows XP disk, it will ask you which partition to install on. Use the arrow keys to highlight the C: drive, press "D" to delete. Then press "Enter" when you have the partition selected (it should show up something like "unpartitioned space [RAW]), then format using NTFS.
