help please

I have a Packard Bell wc 100 web cam which was working perfectly until I accidently deleted some registry files. After installing windows xp I tried to re-install the cam with the original disc but to no avail. Can someone help me with this. Any help will be much appreciated.

whats the brand/model number or w/e of the cam? try finding a driver for it online or go into device manager and see if its there with the "?"

The cam is a Trust 370 spacecam 13178. driver available from Trust website.

what happend when you deleted the registry files did it cut ot or just carry on as usaul if it did and if you have not emptyed your receycle bin since then look in your recycle bin and restore it
