help question about laptop cpu

They're both pretty much the same, in terms of performance. The extra .16GHz in clockspeed isn't noticeably faster, and any performance increase would probably be somewhat diminished by the lower bus speed. The T7250 does have VT, so if you're going to run Virtual Machines it's going to be WAY better.

Depend's on OPs needs. For general use, true, but if he's going to (have to) run a lot of virtual machines, the second one's definitely worth more than the extra $20.
