HELP!!! Recovering files

I just had to recover my HPs Harddrive because I got this UNMOUNTABLE BOOTVOLUME blue screen, but now all my beta testing software and html backup files are gone. Does anyone knoe a FREE program that can recover my lost files. The Harddrive wasnt formated it was Parollon was just re writen, please help!
 
I dont think there is a way to recover your files if you use your computers Restore CD. Although there would be no harm in trying, i used Tune-Up-Utilites which has a program built it.
