Vista... Dell Inspiron 9400, Explorer.. I can see some stuff like on peoples signature like on here but some I can not what do I do....
 
It sounds like a problem with your web connection rather than a problem with your actual computer. Typically the little red X is put in instead of a picture or what ever when your computer didn't properly download the graphic or text that belongs in that particular place. The only other time that little red x appears is when say a java app didn't open properly. You could try downloading the newest versions of both adobe flash player, and java. See if that doesn't fix you up.
