help removing s939 heatsink!

alright, i am having a tough time removing the heatsink. the retention lever is unlocked, but the metal brackets on the sides are really tight... any idea of how to remove it?... :cool:
 
Press hard toward down then push it to the exterior. Don't be scared! It will not scratch anything ;)

C'mon your a man! Push as hard as you can down
