Help replacing motherboard

The motherboard on my girlfriend's computer is fried, and I'm trying to replace it. The motherboard it came with is an ASUS P4G533-LA. Here are the specs for it: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/genericDocument?lc=en&cc=us&docname=bph07845

I think that mobo was only offered with the computer. I looked on ASUS and New Egg and can't find it on either site. I'm looking for something compatable. I searched on New Egg, and found this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131514

Is that going to work? I'm a little worried about getting a motherboard for so cheap (especially since it's $140 to get a refurbished one through HP)

Thanks for the help!

Correct, thats a ASUS-made, HP-modified motherboard

The board should work but i tend to avoid the 845 based board in favor of the 865 series (i.e., P4P800 lineup). Since you have a OEM computer it'll probably be mATX case so you'll want to look for a mATX motherboard (or get a new case) ... jesbax has found a nice mATX board for ya tho

it is an asus board somehow though it looks like hp removed the agp slot! you still can see the markings on the mobo.
