Help replacing motherboard.

I have been upgrading my HP Pavilion Elite HPE 480t with a PNY GeForce GTS 450 graphics card, 12GB (2- 3X2GB) Kingston DDR3 1066 triple channel memory and SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze PSU. Now I'm looking to replace the crappy Pegatron 2A86 motherboard. I was wondering if I could use this one?

Installing memory, graphics card and PSU is no big deal for me. But upgrading my motherboard is.
Will this motherboard fit? My CPU is an Intel Core i7 [email protected] socket 1366 LGA.
Will I be able to boot up off the HDD with the Windows 7 64bit OS already installed there and keep my data?
Help please. I'm a nOOb at this.
Thank you and I appreciate the help,
Rob

Never mind. My motherboard measures 24.5 cm (9.6 inches) x 24.5 cm (9.6 inches). Micro ATX?
Anyone know another option?
Thanks,
Rob

Be prepared to buy a new copy of windows 7 as you won't be able to use your existing operating system and OEM license with a new motherboard.
