Help selecting a motherboard

Hi,
I am going to build a pc soon and im not sure which motherboard i should get
here are the other parts ill get:
CPU: Intel core i7-2600k
CPU cooling: corsair h60
PSU: CORSAIR Professional Series HX1050 1050W
RAM: Mushkin Enhanced Redline 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3
SSD: 128 GB Ssd: intel / ocz / crucial / corsair , not sure yet
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM
GPU: gtx 580, either evga ds sc or asus matrix platinum

Here are the ones i considered so far:
EVGA P67 FTW
ASUS P8P67 WS REVOLUTION
ASUS P8Z68 Deluxe

and a more expensive one:
ASUS Maximus IV Extreme (either p67 or z68 versions)

obviously you've got the money with that setup, but you know the gain from the i5 2500k to th i7 2600k is next to nothing, everone likes to save some money, but that's more than some

Z series has the best of both the P and H chipsets, as well as SRT Technology

and i believe overclocks both gpu and cpu easily and i think the others or at least some of the other can't do one if not both, there's a chart i saw somewhere showing.
