Help setting up raid 0

ok i ahve a system without raid controller, i want to use raid 0 on it taht'll include the operating system, is der any way for me to make a raid 0 system? current specs:

Abit ip35-e, ich9 southbridge
Core 2 quad @ 2.8ghz oc (stock heatsink)
ATI Visiontek x1650pro
western digital 500gig
corsair xms2 meory 2gig
raidmax case (two tricool fans)
 
You need a RAID controller to setup RAID. However you actually do have a RAID controller built into your motherboard (at least you should). What you do is go into the BIOS and change the SATA configuration from IDE to RAID, then reboot and press CTRL+I to enter the RAID utility, there you can select if you want RAID 1 or RAID 0. However you will lose all your data on the hard drives by doing this.
