Sometimes when i turn on my pc nothing will show up while the power of the monitor will just blink and sometimes below images will show up during startup. The computer freezes sometimes when im using it. Is this is a video card problem or ram?
Video card is seated correctly. Im not sure about overheating, how would know if it was overheated? havent play any big games recently but i just found out my exhaust fan was not working well. It is a palit 9800 sonic 512mb video card been using it for 4 years already.
