help to clean

ok i have on my pc files all over the place and programs and files left from programs that i have del.

so can some one help me clean it out so that it will make my pc faster

Start by doing a disk defragmentation and a registry clean. That should help you start cleaning.

so what do i look for in the registry

for the registry clean get jedit. There is an option somewhere in there that cleans up safe to remove registry files, so you don't have to worry about destroying your computer. After that go to registry edit (type regedit in Run) and delete any registry folders from old apps you have uninstalled. Then do a jedit clean again.
