Help urgently.

My laptop which I use for everything has just died. Its fantastic since it is the only machine that can get online and burn dvds (all the others rely on ics on this laptop.) I can boot into safe mode, but ofcourse, internet is disabled, if I boot into safemode with networking, it still crashes, so I cant make a CD that hasa memtest iso or anything on. I reinstalled the laptop's factory OS, W7 Home Prem the other week because I kept getting BSOD, it stopped for a while but now wont boot at all, all my coursework, music, photos and everything is on there. Please help me! Its urgent, and I wont pull it to bits either. It seems to be running hot (like it does when it is working on a high cpu usage) but this is just as it boots. I really need some ideas.

How are you connected to the internet, wired or wireless with this laptop? This error usually means you have a bad network adapter.
