HELP video card

my computer has the intel x3100 with the G965. it there any possible way to upgrade this or am i stuck with it? is it possible to change the motherboard to get a new one? can i just pop it off and get a new one?
 
If Im not mistaken that's onboard video.

You leave that there and you buy a video card to attach to your mobos pci slot.

If you want a new mobo you can just pop it out after unplugging everything and buy a new one but make sure it's the same socket type as your cpu and that the ram is compatible.

Edit: were talking about a laptop here so no you can't upgrade that.
 
i can put a video card into a pci slot? how do i do that? which ones will fit?
EDIT: and also will it work with a laptop?
