Help! Windows 10 suddenly restarts when gaming.

Hi, few days ago I came to ask about a new graphic card for my Dell XPS 8700, and I ended up with a GTX 1060. It runs great at every game in FHD, but when I play heavy game as The Witcher 3, my windows suddenly restarts for no reason, even when the game is running very smoothly. Any help? CPU reaches around 52*C, and GPU around 67*C at ultra settings (1080p) for The Witcher 3. Nothing seems wrong. Maybe the 450W DELL PSU?

Look for Corsair CX500 or EVGA 500 watt.
