help with audio hardware

i have had my hard drive cleaned and updated and now all of a sudden its telling me that i dont have any audio hardware!
 
go into device manager and update your drivers. simple.

and in case you dont know....

right click my computer -> properties -> hardware tab -> device manager.

if there are any yellow question marks there you need to right click it, and select update driver. if windows cant find it, go to the sound card manufacturers website and download the driver and install from there.
