Ok have been trying all day to back up my files before I install a second HD.
Unfortunately I am having problems. Tried using Windows backup but the when trying to backup to D: a message cmes up saying 'this is not a recognised drive or you do not have permission'???? tried everything thing I can think of from troubleshooting to changing the permissions etc.
Does anyone have any ideas? Or can I move my files from my master HD to the slave another/better way. For instance can I simply copy them over from one drive to another, kind of cut and paste kind of thing?
