Help with blackberry.

Hey Guys.

My mom has a blackberry curve 2. She also has an aol email. When she deletes something on her blackberry, it also deletes it from the server. But when she deletes it from the server, it doesn't delete it from her blackberry. I believe it used to. Any idea what I have to do.

Have her check her email properties on the blackberry. However, I don't think once you delete it from the server it autodeletes from the blackberry. I know mine doesn't. I use comcast email with my blackberry. Which model curve is it? I have the 8530 for Sprint.

Oh, well I think hers used to, she is saying it did, but that a system update messed her up... but then again, she could be wrong And she has the 8550 with Verizon.
