You're missing a case, disc drive, and a storage hard drive.

CPU go for i5-4570K with Z87 mobo.

Are you going to run SLi? I don't see the need of 750W PSU if you are running single GPU.

Why there is Crucial 8GB RAM?

and @daisymtc I am new to building pc's and do not know how to correctly choose a psu. and the crucial 8gb ram comes with the mb

If it comes with the motherboard just get another stick of that and ditch the RipJaw RAM.
