Got a couple major noob questions...

first... how do you know if the mobo will fit and work with the case...

and second... if you know of a case that will work with this setup, you would help me soo much... This Mobo/CPU/RAM Combo

thanks :D

There are motherboard and case (as well as PSU) size standards...ATX is pretty common, but so is MicroATX, etc...just make sure that they are the same and it will fit. Also, generally a smaller mobo will fit into a bigger case...like a MicroATX mobo in a ATX mid-tower...

Edit: that mobo is form factor ATX, so it will work with any ATX case, or just about any smaller case, just make sure it says under compatible motherboards: ATX

as for a case, either of these are good with quietness and cooling, and are good quality cases. They're both the same case, just different colors...

If those are out of your price range, the Cooler Master Centurion 5 is also an excellent case, I have one myself: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...2E16811119068,N82E16811119080,N82E16811119078

well from the pictures, of any case ive seen in comparison to the mobo it looks like all the onboard components wont align with the holes at the back of the case... is their something im missing? :S

and thanks for the reply, that makes alot of sense :)

Looks pretty good, although you never want to use the PSU that comes with the case, they're 98% of the time crap. Also don't expect to be doing any gaming with that GPU...

It's called an I/O Shield, and you'll get one with the motherboard that you can put in instead.
