Help with CACLS-ACL's

Ya I was messing around in a command prompt. And for some reason I decided to block access to the documents and settings folder just to see if I could do this to individual folders. Well it worked so I turned it off. Apparently it worked too well and I didn't turn it off cause my computer will no longer load any personal settings saying access is denied. No matter how many times or ways I grant full permission it isn't helping. Can anyone here help me out or know a way to restore it to default?

I will say this but not in a nasty way.

is there a way of doing what you did but in reverse, for example. insted of delete use the word create or replace.

Send the script through PM, ill fix it.

you need to delete the ACL to gain access, please describe your methods in better form of what you did to accomplish this task
