Help with cards

I've recently gotten a Dell Dimension E310(Gift).

I want to upgrade the Video card for gaming and video editing.
It has a PCI slot and a PCI-e I think.

What card that's in the range of $100-$200 would you suggest
(I know I don't much yet)

uhhh no, with 200 dollars, you can probably get your hands on a 7600gt, which is alot better than the 6600gt.

That is a little outdated

I would suggest a X850XT. It creams the 7600GT performance wise, though it doesn't have (the overrated) SM3.0

Yes SM3 is very overated, most games dont even use SM2 to its fullest number of instructions capable.
