I am looking to buy a new graphics card for my computer. i recently bought a new pc and so far im happy with it. Right now I'm playing empire total war on high graphics and would like to buy a card that would be able to play it on ultra with no lagg and under $200. Also the card needs to have an hdmi port so i can connect it to my hdtv. My current card is a amd radeon 6450 Hd with 1gb of ddr3. My specs are intel i5 processor, 1tb hard drive, 6gb of ram, and a 460w power supply unit. I've done a little bit of searching on the web but there are so many cards to choose from! Any help is greatly appreciated. :)

First the PSU specs/model and Brand and then as strangle suggested a GTX 560 :D

But do not go for a GTX 560 on an Off-branded PSU.

i pulled the case off and looked for the model number. The model number is ac460ad-00, and i believe its a dell brand. the computer itself is a new xps 8300. hope that helps.

what psu would i need to get in order to run a better card that would work with the rest of my computer?

ok thanks for the support. I don't think i am going to upgrade my psu for a new graphics card so i will just leave it be.

One more thing i forgot to ask. Do they make cards that you just put into your pci express slot without having to plug in extra wires into it? (such as power wires going from your psu to the card) if so what are some?
