I've been researching computers for about a week now and im looking to upgrade.

I currently have a PoS9000 Dell...(2.8ghzTOTAL, 1gig, 70gb, and radeon x300 integrated card)... Im a pretty hardcore gamer and i was thinking it was time to finally get a good computer

Ive been looking at computers on Newegg and Cyberpowerpc primarily and i found one that i thought wasnt bad.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883103147

athalon x2 6000+, 320gb, 3 gig...

My question is, if i were to maybe put a nzxt pp600W power supply in it, would it be able to power a Geforce 9800gtx+, and secondly will that case fit it...

Any input would be greatly appreciated:P

Have you considered building, it is a lot cheaper.

intel is better for gaming.....

What is your budget???

Building yourself is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper.

No that case probably would not fit a 9800 GTX+, even if it some how did it would turn the PC into an oven.

Ahh... Ya i new good cards ran hot..

Umm... My budget is as cheap as possible ;)

Id like to have pretty much the same specs as that comp though... athalon x2 6000+, 3gb min., 160gig min., and a good graphix card...

how much of a diference is there between a 8800gt, a 9800gtx+ and all others in between?

For refrence, i am going to be playing Empire:total war (www.totalwar.com), and a swedish based MMORPG that is switching to cryengine graphix soon, called Entropia Universe (www.entropiauniverse.com)

EDIT: I also just tallied up everything i would need to build my own and its over 900$ on new egg :\ I don't think its cheaper, its more if anything, maybe around the same.
