My budget is £650 i'm looking to buy a computer and not parts and puting it together the computer i mentioned above is this one http://www.arbico.co.uk/cart.php but i changed the graphics card to a 512MB nVidia 9600GT PCI-Express Graphics Card
is it worth it? or shall i buy somthing els? will all the parts be ok together? thanks

it would be a lot cheaper to build your own, putting together furniture is harder than putting together a computer most of the time

i see, but i wouldnt know where to start on building a computer? is there any guides on the net?

Yes there are guides online, and it is very easy. There is a thread here on the forum that is helpful.

I would have to search for it though.

You might want Firewire...just good insurance.

Have you thought about an AMD Opteron processor...You save some money here.
I have no idea what case you are getting, probably those fancy see through ones that light up. Ugly. Plain black cases look very good I think, in my opinion. You'll get a very good deal here.

Consider Active PFC power supply if you already haven't. The 80+ efficiency ones usually are aPFC. You want this. Antec looks like they might be the way to go. Pretty much all of the supplies in the efficiency range of 80 + are of superior quality.

You will want heatsinks on the memory, and fans are cheap. Make sure your northbridge has a heatsink and a fan. Your southbridge will need a heatsink.

If your keyboard is wireless, ask yourself: Do I really need a wireless keyboard? Otherwise, you will have to buy batteries for the life of the keyboard and you better hope that the batteries don't die late at night/early in the morning.

The basic version of AVG should be free and OpenOffice is free regardless,
so tell the merchandiser that they are ripping you off for something that is free.

Have you considered RAID 0?
