Help with computer restarting

I just built the following system:

My Current Computer
Intel Pentium D 805 Smithfield 2.66 ghz
GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 LGA 775
A-DATA 240-pin 4x512mb DDR2-800 (PC2 6400)
Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500KS 250GB SATA 3.0Gb/s
ATI Radeon X1900AIW PCI-Ex16

Raidmax Horizon ATX Case
1x DVD Burner
ThermalTake Purepower 600W 20+4
Logilys Dual Cold Cathodes (blue)
3x Masscosol 80mm (blue) fan

now when I shut it down, after about 3-5 minutes, it will boot up automatically, and unless I have ghosts then we have a problem. So does anyone know whats up?

Ghosts? Hehe... Check in the bios. Be sure the only way to power the machine is by the button. Perhaps try to pull the power button to be sure it's not shorting out somehow.
