I am wanting to monitor the use of my computer. problem is, the person i want to monitor has figured out how to clean or erase all temporary files. My main concern is internet files, sties visited, stuff like that. Is there any way to handle this problem? Can I redirect files to another hidden area? If so, how? I'm fairly computer illiterate, so bare with me. Can I put some sort of restriction on who can delete temporary internet files, cookies, etc? If so, how? Your help and advice is appreciated.
thanks!

Also, is there any way to reclaim these "deleted" files. I know just enough to get me in trouble, but I thought I had seen something back in my "regedit" files that showed past history...am I nuts?
Thanks again.

Well you could get a program such as Iopuss Starr or the like and have it monitor what goes on. There are also programs which can regulate where the person (son/daughter) can go to. Such a program is called IProtectYou which we used to recommend a lot at work.
